Changmen Hotel
The Changmen Hotel (Changmen fandian) was built in 1936, the former Xiejia Garden and a European-style villa for recuperation of government heads and high-ranking officials around 1949. In 1991, it became a historic reservation of Suzhou.
The hotel has 211 standard rooms and suites, all nicely equipped. The hotel’s Chinese Restaurant mainly serves Jiangsu cuisine. There are also 8 meeting rooms of different sizes. For recreation, there is a sauna center, disco, karaoke, tennis court and billiards room.
This is a good value hotel with beautiful environment.
