The Sports Hotel (Sibote dajiudian) is a sport-featured hotel invested by Shanghai Sports Development Co. The hotel is located in the Xuhui District, the busiest commercial area of Shanghai. It is about 6km from the airport and 5km from the railway station.
The hotel consist of a 23 floor main building and a 4 storey attached building. There are 187 guest rooms, all equipped with air conditioning system, mini bar, IDD/DDD and colour TV. Some of the rooms also feature a dataport. The hotel has a Chinese Restaurant which can serve up to 200 people.
The hotel’s business facilities are pretty good. There are six different size meeting rooms and a spacious multi-functional hall which is equipped with simultaneous interpretation in 4 languages, overhead projector, TV and internet broadcasting and audio visual system.
For recreation, there is a gymnasium, table tennis, basketball, tennis, indoor soccer, badminton, volleyball and swimming pool.
