The Seagull On The Bund (Hai’ao Fandian) is located at the confluence of the Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek. The top of the building offers a bird’s eye view of the Bund and some of Shanghai’s most famous buildings.

The Seagull has 120 guest-rooms and commercial offices with a comfortable environment and advanced equipment. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, colour TV, DDD and refrigerator.

This Shanghai hotel has various meeting halls, a multi-functional hall and VIP hall. The Multi-functional Hall, with an area of over 500 square meters can hold about 200 people and provides entertainment facilities, with a professional solid dance stage, suitable for all kinds of performances and shows.

For recreation there is song and dance hall, KTV rooms, sauna, beauty centre, billiard room, health club and a lobby bar.

The Seagull On The Bund has different restaurants on three floors serving different styles of Chinese cuisine. In addition, the western restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and the Mingzhu Seaport Restaurant on the second floor serves Cantonese cuisine and sea food.
