The hotel has about 450 guestrooms including king sized rooms, twin rooms, deluxe rooms, suites, etc. At present, it is the biggest hotel in terms of room numbers in the Suzhou area.
The restaurant on the 2nd floor, roughly covering 4000 sq m, is divided into two halls and has 30 private rooms with approximatly 1000 seats.
